Peach Cyser
Ingredients: (for 1 gallon)
· 1 gal. Peach Cider (in glass jug. Fermentation will be in the jug.)
· 1 ½ lb. Honey
· 1/4 tsp. Nutrient
· 1/4 tsp. Energizer
· 1 pkg. Pasteur Champagne Yeast
Procedure:
Pour 4 cups of cider into measuring cup and reserve for later. Pour in the honey. Shake until honey is mixed into the cider. Add the nutrient and the energizer and shake again. Top off with the reserved cider. Pitch the yeast and place air lock on the jug.
