Apple-Cranberry Cyser
Ingredients: (for 1 gallon)
· 1 gal. Apple Cider (in glass jug. Fermentation will be in the jug.)
· 12 oz can frozen Cranberry Juice Concentrate
· 1 ½ lb. Honey
· 1/4 tsp. Nutrient
· 1/4 tsp. Energizer
· 1 pkg. Pasteur Champagne Yeast
Procedure:
Pour 4 cups of cider into measuring cup and reserve for later. Pour in the honey. Shake until honey is mixed into the cider. Add the nutrient and the energizer and shake again. Mix in the concentrate. Top off with the reserved cider. Pitch the yeast and place air lock on the jug.
